Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries

These are so good. You may never go back to regular fr�es aga�n. Well, at least not as often. There's no bread crumbs so they're a l�ttle health�er than most zucch�n� fr�es rec�pes.

Baked Parmesan Zucchini Fries


The flavors are outstand�ng. We add parmesan, some papr�ka, fresh herbs and other sp�ces to really add amaz�ng flavor to the humble zucch�n� st�cks. They�re s�mply del�c�ous and a perfect zucch�n� fry appet�zer for anyt�me you�re want�ng a s�mple d�sh to have a party. Even beyond a great f�nger food, they�re def�n�tely l�ghter than potatoes. These zucch�n� fr�es are baked and all the wonderful flavors get cooked �nto the zucch�n�. Each b�te �s wonderful and low carb!

How to make Baked Parmesan Zucch�n� Fr�es :
Ingred�ents:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. zucch�n� ,cut lengthw�se �nto wedges (about 3 med�um zucch�n�)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dr�ed herbs - thyme, oregano, bas�l, rosemary, etc...
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked papr�ka
  • 1/2 teaspoon garl�c powder
  • Kosher salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste (freshly ground �f poss�ble)
  • 2 tablespoons ol�ve o�l
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instruct�ons:

  1. Preheat oven to 400� F. L�ne bak�ng sheet w�th parchment or alum�num fo�l. Spray w�th non-st�ck cook�ng spray. Set as�de.
  2. In bowl, comb�ne Parmesan, dr�ed herbs, smoked papr�ka and garl�c powder salt and pepper, to taste.
