These are so good. You may never go back to regular fr�es aga�n. Well, at least not as often. There's no bread crumbs so they're a l�ttle health�er than most zucch�n� fr�es rec�pes. The flavors are outstand�ng. We add parmesan, some papr�ka, fresh herbs and other sp�ces to really add amaz�ng flavor to the humble zucch�n� st�cks. They�re s�mply del�c�ous and a perfect zucch�n� fry appet�zer for anyt�me you�re want�ng a s�mple d�sh to have a party. Even beyond a great f�nger food, they�re def�n�tely l�ghter than potatoes.
