Celery And Cilantro Sipper
Celery has bec?me my secret weap?n in green juice c?nc?cti?ns. It's s?rt ?f like cucumber that way- mild, refreshing and adds just a little bit ?f brightness t? the ?ther ingredients.
This c?cktail takes it's inspirati?n fr?m the classic gimlet, which gets it's flav?r fr?m lime juice. But I t??k that up ?ne m?re n?tch by als? adding the ginger syrup.
The result is a drink that tastes like spring in a glass. The very first sip had me grinning fr?m ear t? ear. And- it als? indulges my delusi?nal thinking that a c?cktail c?uld, in fact, be healthy f?r me. (We can dream, right??).
